Customized planner is available for those wishing to cherish and share their precious moment; be it an intimate tête-à-tête proposal dinner for two, a fun-filled garden birthday party for your beloved juniors, an elegant anniversary soiree with 12 close friends or an elaborate wedding reception with 200 guests. We take priority on our clients’ personal needs and interest as their satisfaction is just the core-reason of our every single deed. Our Event Services department will be most happy to provide you with more details and information on the catering services as well as the recommended event themes and itinerary.
The meeting room is located nearby the Pendopo Gamelan. It can also be used for fine art exhibitions as well as executive seminars. A pre-function veranda can be utilized as registration or reception area. Clubhouse, Joglo Bawen, Sasana Yoga and Joglo Kudus also could be use as function hall beside our regular outlet.
Our banquet services already used for Presidential meeting, fashion show, weddings, art exhibition, company gathering, company meeting, ceremonial party, cooking demo and other functions.
Wedding Arrangement
We can arrange both religious ceremony (of major religions: Moslem, Christian, Catholic, Buddhist and Hindu) as well as civil registry on your behalf. For religious ceremony, please note that under Indonesian law, the marrying couple must be (or at least declare) of the same religion. For civil registry, you must be accompanied by a witness. Should you be unable to bring any, we can help provide them from our end.
Administration requirement for religious ceremony:
- Full details of the marrying couple and their witnesses (name, address, religion).
- Photocopy of valid ID card or passport of the marrying couple and witnesses (2 pcs each).
- Colored pass-pictures of the marrying couple in 4x6 cm size (6 pcs each).
- Complete the registration form and submit the original signed copy to us at least one month before (the form is available online).
The above points are also applicable for Vow-Renewal ceremony arrangement.
Administration requirement for civil registry:
- Full details of the marrying couple and their witnesses (name, address).
- Photocopy of valid ID card or passport of the marrying couple and witnesses (2 pcs each).
- Civil status certificate issued by the official registry office in the couple’s resident city.
- Colored pass-pictures of the marrying couple in 4x6 cm size posing side-by-side together (10 pcs).
- Complete the registration form and submit the original signed copy to us at least one month before (the form is available online).
