Organic Garden
We are very proud to have developed our own organic vegetables gardens, where fresh salads and vegetables can be picked daily by the guests. Our specialty is also to grow organic oyster mushrooms. Our Chef strictly follows the philosophy of the Italian Chef, Filippo La Mantia, who had opened the resort and regularly trains our culinary team.
Best quality and freshness of ingredients is a must for Java Red and Java Green recipes.
The Jamu
Javanese traditional healing and beauty treatments have been using flowers, spices and herbs for generations. And Jamu is very popular among the Javanese. We prepare fresh Jamu every morning at the Harvest Shed, where Jamu ingredients are produced.
Please take a little time to stop by at the Jamu hut situated by the Aren Grove between 8 am - 11 noon. The Ibu Jamu will gladly serve you with various Jamu drinks.
